The entire book of Bylaws, Declaration of Covenants, and Official Documents was provided to homeowners at closing. Covenants section 8, "Architectural Committee and Control", and section 9, "Use of Lots", are provided here for reference.
An architectural request form must be submitted and approved by the architectural committee before any work described in Section 8.2.1. can begin, including but not limited to construction of new structures (additions, sheds, fences, etc) and exterior painting. See section 8.2.1 (above) for more detail.
