The Board of Directors of the Canbury Woods HOA is tasked with the general oversight and operations of the Association. The following functions are a few of the main responsibilities of the HOA Board:
- Homeowners adherence to the Covenants and Bylaws
- Oversight and approval of the various committee proposals and recommendations
- Oversight and approval of the annual budget and operating expenses
The Board meets on a regular basis to discuss community business. These meetings are usually conducted at the public library at route 1 and Rowenberry Drive. Advance notice of the meetings will be posted on the web site and all homeowners are invited to attend.
